Would it look totally rediculous to put an aero bar on a flat bar road bike? When I used a drop bar I spent more time cruising with my elbows resting on the bar than in the drops, so I swapped for a flat bar. Now I'm thinking of putting a small set of aero bars on as well to do it up proper, or even combining a bullhorn or moustache bar with aerobars. I've never seen this but I can't be the first who's wanted to try it.
