I was following the manual on how to zero torque. It says on the manual:

"To display torque mode, hold down the select button for two seconds while on the watts display in trip mode. The WATTS label is not visible with torque..."

I followed it but what happens is that instead it dissappears, the WATTS label just blinks. Did I miss out anything?

Thanks

You press the left button until the cursor is on the watts line. Then, you press the right button for 2 secs until the watts label starts blinking. Then, you press the right button again and hold it until the number goes to zero. Finally, press the right button one more time to exit torque zero mode.

When the Watts label blinks - it means the top line is displaying torque readings and not power.

you have the old manual; the old versions of firmware had "WATTS" disappear, but in newer ones, it blinks.

don't forget to hold SELECT for 2s again once in torque mode in order to zero torque; then push SELECT to go back to power mode.
