i had been in recreative cycling for 2 years and had been riding only from april to october with no paticular trining plan.month ago i started training in local club and my coach thinks i can go on national championship(jun)with good training plan.i have been working on this for a month and got new plan for may that includes about 500km/week.i did just 3 training days and got sick -now i ve been sitting at home for 6 days and i am worried about my season.how much this 6 days of no cycling can harm to my fitness and shape?generaly i have this problem cause i am student and it takes a lot of me(sometimes i am learning all night).also i dont have home trainer so bad weather also influence on my cycling.
