Sweet Sour Pan (Pad Priau Wan)

I can not say how this tasty dish get so popular, but I think the mild
selection of the vegetables, that there is no spicy flavor and the
sweet taste made this dish popular all around the world. The Thai
kitchen is a mix of all the bordering countries, and that why I
suppose that this dish has it's origin in China. Also the mild flavor
of the Pad Priau Wan refers to the Chinese kitchen.

Ingredience:
200 gr. Chicken or Pork meat sliced into stripes
100 gr. Pinaple (fresh or from the can)
100 gr. Cucumber cut into little cubes
100 gr. sliced Cabbage
100 gr. Bell Pepers cut into slices
1 Carot cut into fine slices
2 Tomatoes cut into cubes
1 Onion cut roughly, 1 Garlic
white Soya sauce (Salt), Sugar, little bit of Lemon juice (Vinegar),
Pepper
2 Table spoon Ketchup
1/4 cup of Water
