fixie groupset

It that bike worth the groupset or should I order all the parts individually?

FWIW. Yes, save some of your money & get the necessary components separately ...

You should be able to find a suitable wheelset on eBay for under $150 ... probably less.

BTW. Do you actually mean you want a SINGLE SPEED, or a true FIXIE, or BOTH?

If you simply want a single speed, then you already have almost everything you need -- if your frame has horizontal droputs, then you simply need cassette spacers (you can use proper diameter PVC tubing cut to the right size!) + the wherewithall to disassemble your cassette ... or, if your frame has vertical rear dropouts, then you can use a Surly Singulator (or, equivalent) to take up any chain slack.
