Zipp Carbon wheels and yakima lockjaw

The rim of a Zipp 404 is structural (you have spokes pulling at 200+
lbs) so that should be OK. The Hed Jet IIRC is nothing more than a
fairing glued onto a regualr rim so it probably wouldn't like being
racheted down with a strap.
