YOGA FOR ATHLETES
6 week series, drop ins welcome starting October 1st
Athletes are encouraged to use this yoga practice to boost performance and complement an active lifestyle. Use yoga to improve your concentration and breath awareness and increase your mental endurance. Athletes typically suffer from overuse of certain muscles causing shin splints, shortened hamstrings and other skeletal imbalances. Yoga brings balance to the body by opening and lengthening muscles while allowing you to gain strength and flexibility. All Levels - including Beginners - are welcome.
Thursday: 8:00 - 9:15 pm. October 1 - November 5
$75/6 class series- registration required, drop ins welcome
