my question is...... If the great bike fairy came to you  and said "dear road bike rider I have a truly great wish to grant you, what is your dream bike including group set and all in sundry, just tell me what you want and you shall have it" what would you ask for? I am curious to know  I look forward to your answers until then I am off to hang out with the fairy's again swigging guiness under the big toad stool at the bottom of my garden "Hick" :p:D;) mind you she does look good in those tights lol

Well, I assume I'd get to keep my current bike. If I could get another bike it would be a Crisp titanium frame (made be, uhm, Darren Crisp), kitted with 2011 Campy Record 11. Wheels would be Zipp 303's laced to White Industries H3/H2 hubs with DT Aerolite spokes. Seatpost would be a Fizik Cyrano, on top of which would be an SSM Regal/e. I'd finish it off with a 3T Pro stem and 3T Ergonova Pro handlebars. Of course the brakes would be Mavic SSC's. I guess I'd also have a Cannondale SiSl crankset delivered, fitted with a Quarq power meter. Damned near forgot the fork: an Easton EC90 SL, of the curved flavor. I just don't like the look of straight legged forks.

If I'm allowed to list cycling clothes, well, I've got to add a lot more things.

I would fill this thing up with so many bikes you all would go nuts; but here's one of my dreams, a mint early 80's Bianchi Campione del Mondo with Record and chrome forks, half stays and lugs with a matching pump, though painted lugs, forks and stays would be cool too. I actually almost bought one about a year ago but the seller decided to keep it.

I would wait until the end of time for that Cervelo S3 that I've always been wanting, knowing that anything else would only be a shallow replacement. Man, those things are sweeeeeet.....

Hallo, I have much information about the bike, and I hope my information can help you. it information check list

I'd take 1 of each of these....well...maybe 2 of of the Time bikes. One red and the other in White. Just does it for me....plain and simple.

And those Concorde's just take me back to when i first got into cycling. even that replica.

Tough questions, but probably a Specialized Tarmac S-Works SL3 with SRAM Red grouppo.

I think it would be fun to score a Delta7 Ascend - just for shock value. :)

probably the best specialized tarmac, i don't know much about bikes but i saw that at the LBS and its incredible

For me it has to be one of these babies, the delicious Cervelo S3 to be honest I do not care if it is a 09 or 10 model this bike is simply stunning :D

I didn't know we were supposed to bring pictures to the party. All I brought were Cheetos and dental dams.

Here's a Crisp. It's a thing of beauty, although I'll have mine with a traditional, level top tube, thanks. Darren be a 'merican building bikes in Italy, so there's got to be some good karma associated with that, right? Metal frames and Italy seem to go well together.

Oddly enough, the Crisp in the pic looks a bit similar to a bike I once had...

I have to add to my list. I've discovered that the DeRosa Corum is a dead sexy frame. A trip to Dave Sem or Joe Bell for a custom red and black make over, and I'd be good to go.

This is bad question to ask, because just like classic cars you never like just one, that's why I own 4 classic cars, but I can't afford all the ones I would like to own. The same is true with bicycles but could never afford all the ones I would like to have.

I'd probably choose what I have now....a Look 565 with Ultegra and Ksyrium Elite wheels. Nothing special, but I'm still pretty happy with it.

Colnago C59 with,

Super Record Groupset
Bora Wheelset
3T Carbon Bars, Stem and Seatpost
