Hi All, I am wondering if anyone has experience of ultrasound treatment of tendinopathy? I have had tendinopathy for a while and tried to ride gentle, ice, heat etc but really no significant improvement. I have a home ultrasound device (1mHz) and used that two days ago for the first time. Iused it for about 5 mins three times a day and today my tendons are as sore as hell. Have i made things worse or is this due to increased blood flow (inflammation) which will ultimately make things better? Sorry the topic's not more interesting. Knight987
