Toasted Coconut Marmalade

1/2 cup Baker's Angel Flake Coconut 1 cup Orange marmalade

Place coconut in 2 cup microwavable glass measuring cup. Microwave on high 1 minute. (Or follow
directions on container.) Stir. Microwave another 30-45 seconds, or until coconut is beginning to
brown. Stir. Cool. Coconut can also be toasted in a heavy bottomed skillet by stirring constantly
with a heat resistant spatula until browned -- about 5-6 minutes. Place orange marmalade in bowl.
Stir in toasted coconut. Serve as desired
