WTF Landis? Odd.
I bet he wishes now he just admitted he doped, took the two year suspension and came back to race. Look at Vino. He's out for two years and comes back as strong "clean" (lol) and is as strong as when he was doped. Does Lance really believe we think he's clean? |

|
That is something Swampy would know all about.
FLandis only lost 16 seconds while wearing baggy clothing. Pretty damned good. Go Floyd!!!! |

|
I certainly hope he's clean, as he's apparently been tested over 300x's. No matter what happens, there are always going to be those who point their finger and say Lance was doping and didn't get caught, or he was "paying someone off." Only Lance knows the true story.

Whatever the case, nobody is going to pat Floyd Landis on the back and say, "GOOD JOB!" if Lance does wind up guilty. If anything, he will be hated even more for "destroying" the reputation of cycling, just like Jose Canseco "destroyed" baseball. The best thing that can happen to Floyd Landis is he will go down as the man who busted Lance Armstrong. That's not anything to be proud of, nor is it something to be famous for...

Armstrong tested positive for EPO six times in 1999. He tested positive for corticosteroids once in 1999. According to Landis, Armstrong tested positive for EPO in 2001 but bribed the UCI to cover it up. The UCI confirms at least two under the table payments from Armstrong.
The number of tests is meaningless. Most of what these guys are using cannot be tested for. There is not test for HGH. No test for insulin. No test for autologous blood boosting. Testing will not detect microdosages of EPO or any other substance. That is why they call it microdosing; the athlete takes a dose in the evening that will not be detectable in the morning. On top of that, Landis says that Postal was getting advance notice of surprise tests. This is corroborated by Jesus Manzano, who several years ago said that the person who was providing Team Kelme with advance notice of tests was giving the same information to Postal. |

It is used as a recovery product to rapidly rebuild glycogen stores. Many riders won't use it because it can kill you if you mess up. In an interview Landis talked about the one time he used it. He ate like four boxes of cookies afterward, and it scared him enough to not try it again.
