What is the brand of hubs with the "nuclear power" symbol on them?

I have a pair of hubs with the yellow "nuclear power" symbol ... the symbol that looks somewhat (when you really stretch your imagination) like a three leaf clover.  There is no other manufacturer's markings that I can find on them, and I have looked at quite a few pictures of hubs online with no success.  They seem to be of decent quality.  Anyway, thanks in advance for any help in solving this mystery.

Wow....are they allowed to use that symbol where you live?

According to the Nuclear Safety and Control Act and Regulations in Canada, that symbol can't be used for anything other than that for which it is intended by law.  Maybe they get away with it because they've changed it a little or maybe because the authorities haven't noticed yet.

Here's the language from the Radiation Protection Regulations.

Frivolous Posting of Signs

No person shall post or keep posted a sign that indicates the presence of radiation, a nuclear substance or prescribed equipment at a place where the radiation, nuclear substance or prescribed equipment indicated on the sign is not present.

The symbol is changed a wee bit from the official symbol.  Note on the hub brand symbol the outside shape is triangular, a the official symbol is square.
