Has anyone come across or tried a supplement called Optygen ?
If so I would like to hear your view.

I have used it after getting a bottle sent over from the states but it cost me too much money to do it again. I did feel that it was a beneficial supplement however and it also got a good review on .

I purchased some and used 1 bottle as they suggested. It didnt do anything but give me the squirts. Not good to have to stop on a 2-3 hour ride to take an emergency squirt.

I have used the supplement for the last 4 years. It's a great product. I have increased my LT (lactate threashold) and my recovery time is better. As important, I have found my general feelings of well being have been better.

Right now I'm testing a new supplement with the same ingredients that is much cheaper. They don't spend all of that money on sponsoring pro athletes, so they sell it for less.

I'll report if it works as well as Optygen.
