Best Whey Protein

I am looking for a company that makes whey protein powder that

1) DOES NOT HAVE STEROIDS OR ANY BANNED OR QUESTIONABLE SUBSTANCES
2) DOES NOT OVERKILL ON PROTEIN OR ANY AMINO ACIDS
3) IS REPUTABLE AND WIDELY USED
4) SAFE!!!!!!!!
5) ONE THAT WORKS!

Are you a caricature, or what?

1) Who puts steroids or banned substances in their whey? Do tell!
2) What the hell is "overkill" on protein or amino acids? Isn't that why you want to buy it?
3) There is very wide usage of some really crappy supplements, simply because they're backed by a
lot of marketing money.
4) By definition, whey protein is safe. Duh.
5) How do you know if it "works"? Were you expecting massive gains from gulping down a few glasses
each day? You said you didn't want steroids in it, right?

Give me natural tasting soy protein any day. At least it has a unique taste to it.

Those would be the extra special protein supplements discovered on the crashed spaceships
at Area 51.

That's OK. For Coolman, the more hype, the more valid and reputable it is.

Ummm...I wouldn't go that far...there are legitimate stories of athletes who bought a supplement (OK
likely not whey protein) and then later tested positive for a banned substance because the
supplement they got was [allegedly] adulterated with something other than what was on the bottle

Any brand will do. I personally use Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey.

I just switched from Designer to Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey. I buy the 10 lb bags online for
$55.95, which is slightly cheaper than Designer, plus ON is 23g/scoop as opposed to DW's
17.5g/scoop (and yes, the scoopers (word?) are the same size). Both have full range of BCAAs,
glutamine, etc . . .

That made no sense at all. The amount of protein depends on the % of actual protein in the product
and the serving size.
