Italian Lemon Ice

Italian Lemon Ice

2 cup warm water
3/4 cup sugar
4/2 cup lemon juice 1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Melt sugar in warm water, add lemon juice and lemon rind and
let stand 5 minutes. Strain, place in freezing tray and
freeze, stirring frequently, until it reaches a mushy
consistency. Serves 4.
