toes dem suckers in!

try putting something approx 1-1.5mm thick underneath the rear edge/s of the pads when loose and then tighten them up again so you can concentrate on the alighnment, etc and the toe-in will be taken care of

if its one side versus the other you need to adjust the little screws in th sides of the vbrake arms (phillips head usually)

wont take much but these adjust the distance to the rim, but take note that moving one side will affect the other
