Default Starting again after 10 years

I am starting back on the bike after a long break (10 years). There has been a lot of developments in the sport with equipment and training since then. Intending to race at some point again (road racing), are there any good web sites for training etc. Cheers

Glad to hear that you've come back to us Phoenix

As for training tips, have a look through these forums - there seems to be some pretty knowledgable guys around here. There are also plently of links to external web sites offering workout guides and the like.

Alternatively have you thought about looking for a coach?
