hi.
2 weeks ago, i came off my first attempt at master cleansing, only staying on for 6 days. i had an obligation at which i had to eat, but i wanted to go right back on the cleanse. a couple friends advised against it, thinking it probably wasn't v. good to swing back and forth like that. so it's been 2 weeks, and i want to 'finish' my cleanse - 6 days i feel was not enough, given the 36 years of abuse my body has endured, and especially since it was my first shot at it. so my question is, have i waited long enough? ooh, also, i took the cayenne in capsules b/c after the first day of drinking the spiced lemonade i couldn't swallow it with the pepper. is this okay? has anyone else had any trouble with the cayenne? it felt like it was burning a hole in my stomach, which a couple times i countered with papaya enzymes and the others i drank a LOT of water to try to wash it through. any advise re: the cayenne and how to get it down would be helpful. this is my first post and i'm a bit confused about how it all works, so i hope this reaches the proper forum. thank you! |

Guess there are not to many people into fasting.
I usually only fast for a day and ocasionally I'll go a bit longer 'cus after skiping the first 3 meals sometimes your hunger goes away for a spell. Acording to Life Extension (Foundation) www.lef.org the non profit organization not the network marketing company if it is still around . . . Anyway acording to LEF life span may be extended by cutting back on calories. Research is being done so the jury is still out. Some of their members are doing the calorie restriction thing. I decided to fast every Thursday on my first day back to work. But when they changed my days off I kept forgetting about the fast I think I read that some members are fasting every other day while others are just eating less every day. |
