Default Cranks

Whats size cranks do you guys ride?<br /><br />I've gorn back from 175mm to 172.5mm and haven't noticed any difference, what size do you ride and why?

I think it's a 170 coz I'm really short. (It says 170 on it.)

I ride 172.5, not because I'm shortish - I'm 1.85m - but because that's what the fit system said I needed.<br /><br />175s might give a little more leverage and you can extend your leg a little more at the bottom of your pedal stroke, but your knee bends more at the top.<br /><br />2.5mm might not sound like much, but move your saddle forward or back, or up or down 2.5mm and see what happens.
