hi,

i am not in manila, but rather, from manila and based in the uk now.

have you gotten in touch with Philippine Cycling Network? It's a big group of around 500 members and all levels and riding are welcome.

It seems this site is not well-known among Philippines cycling enthusiasts. Anyway, I am from Bulacan.

There are some competitive cycling events for everyone here nowadays. One is the velo series. Another is the series for executives. OF course, the pro/am races normally staged during the summer months are staple fare.

The executive series is being given unusually (at least for a cycling event) substantial media coverage.
