Default Masters racing in Normandy/W. France

I am a 50+ USCF masters racer and will be in Caen, Basse Normandy from June 7 through July 10 this summer. I am wondering if there are races there where I might find racers roughly my age. I know nothing about their masters races, if any. I have e-mailed a cycling club in Caen a week ago but have not yet received a reply. Is there anyone out there that knows something about masters racing in this area?

Here are some links for cyclosportives. Geared more toward non-professionals and age-graded although there is plenty of stiff competition; run in mass participation (as in typically a few thousand competitors), some of them are a continuing series sponsored by the racing federation in country. Italy runs a series of events for a season-long overall championship (http://www.mastertricolore.com).

Good Luck!
