Just moved to Southern California and am looking for a route
from Glendale to the Rose Bowl -- hopefully one that avoids busy, narrow, Colorado Boulevard. Taking Mountain Street in Glendale till it ends at Figueroa in Eagle Rock looks like a good start, but getting from there into Pasadena has me stymied. Can anyone "light a path?" Thanks. |

Go right at Linda Vista and left at the traffic light past Seco. That will take you to Orange Grove and you make a right to Colorado. This is a wonderful but painful alternative. |

Thanks. Get the Thomas Book Map for LA. It's a must have for newbies coming to LA. Kenny Lee |

Two options : La Tuna Canyon
Foothill Blvd. You may want to check with the San Fernando Valley Bike Club, They have route slips for several rides into Pasadena, including the Rose Bowl. aguy |
