I see that Malcolm is now the 1IC of the Microsoft pack. Do you guys think that this is a good thing? I feel that they should have left Douglas as captain only because he has the track record in leading the bunch. Malcolm is not even in his first 3 months on the team.

lange is a very good cyclist we can see this through the wide range of races he has won. On the other hand ryder is also good.
i beleive lange will make an excellent leader but hes brand new to the team. ryder should have stayed captain until lange settled in a bit more. |

For all the rivalry talk, when on Sunday, during the Argus, Malcolm punctured and there was no team car, the wheel he got was from Douglas. Those guys still have quite some professionalism in them.
