Speed = !00% accurate.

Location = 100% accurate within 30 feet (depends on model)

As a breathalyser = Not accurate at all - (Well you did ask
a "general" question)

If you keep one eye closed and aim right you can hit the
dwarf with your GPS (preferably a large model) before it
hits you with his axe.

Wrong. Try cycling through a forest and watching the speed
leap about like Zebedee with a brand new spring.

Actually it's accurate to within 15 metres 95% of the time,
officially. All depends on reception.

While walking on Abney Moor on Saturday, my GPS seemed to
think my top speed was 27 MPH. Now I don't remember ever
running that fast.
