Find a little bike shop in your neighborhood and support it
instead. These internet companies have hardly any overhead, but often a shop can match their price. I also get advice that the internet shops don't give as a part of their service. Mind you, those bike shops that have afficianados do provide great advice - just there are times when the local bike shop here sells stuff at equal or lower prices than the web based shop - and i don't have to wait and pay shipping. In other words, you should still shop around, BUT include the locals in the shopping. |
