I noticed in some of the catalogs that there are Ultegra R600 short reach
sti levers available. Are these designed for women or men w/ small hands? Has anybody used these? Would like some input please, thinking about getting some for my wife. TIA, andy |

The short-reach STI levers are basically the standard Ultegra lever with a shim set that can be installed to bring the lever closer to the bar. They work great, no downside that I'm aware of. Frankly, I don't understand why they don't do the minor modification to all of their levers (to allow use of such a shim). --Mike-- Chain Reaction Bicycles http://www.ChainReactionBicycles.com |
