Ronde van Drenthe, UCI 1.3, 4/10/04:
1 Erik Dekker (Ned) Rabobank 5.08.17 2 David Mckenzie (Aus) Navigators Insurance CT 0.19 3 Simone Cadamuro (Ita) De Nardi Admittedly, Rabobank was one of only two Paris-Roubaix teams contesting this race (the other being Bankgiroloterij). But it is a cobbled classic, and it shows that Dekker has the right form... -Sonarrat. |

OK, 20 km cobbles according to the reports, but I can't imagine it being Belgian grade cobbles. |

Tomorrow is going to be a long day, I'll be at a regatta from 8 to 8, and at home there's another 6 hours of P-R on video. But I don't mind! "Mmmmmmm, P-R video." |

More like forest roads, but these can be very bad in Drente. Many flats.
Dekker doesn't like cobbles at all, but this race with finish in the town he was born... the organizers will be delighted with such a winner. 1 21 NED19700821 DEKKER, Erik Nat.
