Looks like Postal has their climbers in the race: Azevedo, Beltran,
Rubiera. It's a hilly race, but still I'd think this would play to George's abilities well.<p> I suppose he's going to be at the Tour de PeachState. Also, don't see any confirmed Postal riders for Sea Otter. Damon Kluck lives just up the road in Santa Cruz, I wonder why he and a couple others aren't on the slate. Any ideas? I checked out the venue this noon (Roland Green had a decent lead, up to 44 seconds, by my watch in the MTB XC, but looked to get caught later) and no sign of any USPS people, though I did see Kristin Armstrong and a couple of her teammates. ....must resist urge to buy Sponge Bob jersey... |

Agreed, he should do much better than those three. But one has to set priorities; Georgie will probably want to do LBL as well, and doing ALL the classics, and the Tour, and Worlds, and the Olympics; it's just not of this day and age anymore. |
