Default TT in Carolina, RI

Last year, I was out for a ride, choosing random roads as I found
them, and stumbled on a TT in the Carolina/Richmond area. That
specific event was for people over 40 (or maybe it was over 50, I
don't quite remember) years old. However, I talked to somebody and
got some information, and IIRC, they run events for everybody, in
RI.

Of course, I lost the information. Who knows where it is. Maybe it's
buried in my camelbak...

Is anybody here familiar with it?

Perhaps part of Senior Games, held in every state, all over a state, each
year, for those over fifty, by five year age groups, nationals every two
years, next in 05, in Pittsburgh, PA. Been entering self for several years
