Does anyone actually know LA
I've a question for the Forum ?
Does anyone here actually know Lance Armstrong ? Did you race with or against him ? We all know what his books say - I am trying to get some other impressions about him instead of the usual sources. (Actually I've just been elected as President of the European LA fan club.....) |

Very brief encounter, shake of the hand, hello, how are you doing thing ... while I didn't race against him, I was in a very large group that was following him. I also was able to see Indurain one of the years that he was there. I wasn't able to meet him, but I was thrilled as all get out just to see him from a distance. Also, back in the early 90's when I was a driver for paving stone company, I delivered several loads of paving stones for LA's new house on the Colorado river, I saw him once there. |
