my opinion is that rollers are the great tool for real training.
the trainers are for the people who want just to be fit or they are boring the hard staff. I'm also look at the TV while doing my practice, i leave my hands of the bar just for relax.I usually do 1 hour with one or two minutes sprints or 10 kms chrono or anythink i like just to keep my mind and body like spinning hard like racing. on rollers never bored,they are cheap,noiseless i think the best. I like to held a race on rollers in Greece for the first time ever,next Winter.Any idea please?
