Default Could Jose Azevado win the Tour?

Could Lance Armstrong's Portugese team mate Jose Azevado win the Tour de France one day? He came 5th this year and isn't a great TT (could be better to be fair), and this is working for LA. I would imagine he would not be short of offers trying to get him to sign up as a team leader who could challenge for the overall title in le Tour.

He didn't have a great Tour last year and the year before he wasn't too bad. Maybe if he could it next year then he would have to seriously consider his options whther he would take over the team leadership of USPS or Discovery when LA quits and I would imagine they would want a guy who could continue from LA's work.
