Which touring bike to buy?
I'm planning to cycle across France next year but want to get a bargain now that the discounts are out - budget probably at tops is £600/650. Am currently deliberating between the Dawes Galaxy, the Dawes Karakum or the Giant X-Speed/Air.
Does anyone have any opinions as this all quite new to me and I can't seem to make a decision! I really want a bike that'll last a good few years and be able to cope with up to 4/6 weeks touring at a time. Cheers Liz |
