Question Replacing Sora double crankset

I want to replace my Shimano Sora double crankset without changing my front derailleur and crank spindle. My Sora cranset's weight is 864 gr. I want my new cranset's weight to be under 650 gr. Is there any crankset I can use

Seeing that Sora is entry level, I would think that you probably would have to change the spindle. Next up from Sora is Tiagra. I'm unsure if they use the same size configs, but from 105 upwards you will have to replace.
