Hi, I really want to be good at cycling and go far. I won the under 15 GHS National TT last year and want to improve. I am willing to do as much training as i need to do. I am also in the Talent Team. Has anyone got any ideas

Biker girl,
Well done with the GHS and don't loose sight of those big ambitions. As you are on the Talent Team you should be getting all of the coaching that you need to make it big as its a really good set up. Keep telling your coach about how good you want to be and trust your coach to give you the training that will get you there! Key things at your age are be persistant and patient, listen to new ideas and try everything you get a chance to try! |
