Default Klein Attitude XV fork

I'm currently riding a Klein Attitude XV with a 80mm fork. However, i'd like to change to a 100mm. From the geometry of the frame, the default headtube angle is approx 70.8 degrees with a 80mm fork. Would a 100mm fork change the handling characteristics drastically?

Apppreciate your advice ppl.
Thanks!

Default Re: Klein Attitude XV fork

I bought a '04 Klein attitude V second hand, I just wanted the frame, I swapped out everything that was on the bike including a Rock Shox Duke Race fork that was on it. The only original stuff on the bike is the cable housing. I installed a '05 Fox F100X, I'm not sure if there is a change in head tube angle, the stand over height has increased but that may be due to the new CK headset installed. It shouldn't make much of a difference if you feel comfortable riding on it and control isn't affected . What kinda fork are you considering getting?

My klein is beyond the '05 XX that I was considering getting, glad I didn't, spent a little less too.
