Hi,
I am looking to buy my first road bike. I have been riding my husbands comfort bike and am ready to upgrade. I am really interested in the Felt bikes (F90, F80) and am wondering if anyone here has one. I have heard they are on the big side and as a 5'4" female rider am I going to have a hard time finding a good fit. I have a chance for a great deal on a 50cm but with my inseam of 32" I am afraid this may be too small. Too big, too small maybe there is just right somewhere...... Thanks for the advice! |

I am 5'7" and ride a 53cm Felt, the 50cm should be right for you.

A 50cm Felt bike should fit you nicley. I have checked out the geometry of the Felt bikes and they are quite similar to a small in other bike brands.
I would also recommend that you have a look at the Trek and Giant (OCR and TCR) range as they make some great smaller bikes. |

I have a 2004 felt f80 and for the money I dont think you can beat (cranks are where the made thier price point... first area to look at to upgrade) I looked at the Treks(fords) and Giants (Chevys) but the Felt is a little less me too

I am considering upgrading my crank to an Ultegra 10 53/42/30, I will leave the rest 9, change the cassette to 13-25, pick up the missing 16.
