It is a Ukraine bicycle made during the USSR. "First Diploma Factory" Any info would be helpful. I have a Road bike 4 speeds in red.

Hey there, I recently purchased a XB3 Rekord ( i was told its a 1990's model...last one?) Anyhow, I am having a hard time finding a seat post to fit that frame....any suggestions??
