Default Inexpensive Track Bike options?

Interested in picking up a inexpensive track bike for some track use as well as some road use. So far I have found the typical rental bike ones. The KHS Flite 100 and the Bianchi Pista. Any other known in this price range worth looking at? Is one a better buy than the other? Thanks for your input.

Out of the two you mentioned I would go with the KHS b/c it is drilled for brakes front and rear, plus fenders.
