Default Hauling Bikes in F150 Pickup! Need a rack that lets you keep tires on!

Basically, I've spent a couple of hours on the internet looking for some type of rack device that goes in the back of a full size pickup bed that allows you to haul one or more bikes without having to remove the wheel. Something light weight and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I really find it hard to believe some of the junk that is available out there. I think I could come up with a design just using some some PVC pipe. Maybe I should check out the plumbing department at Mernards!
