Armstrong says he won't return to TDF
In an interview with Dutch television on Wednesday Armstrong said it's very unlikely that he'll return to the Tour. At my site I made an English recap of the interview for those who're interested. It can be read here: http://www.cyclingpost.com/tour/article_34.shtml
