What exactly are you after? The mech hanger shouldn't change as a part
of the mech unless you are playing around with Tourney stuff. If this is
the case, you might be able to source a mech hanger from your LBS. If
this isn't the case, they are generally frame specific (Change by
manufacturer and by year!). Someone once posted a link to a company that
specialised in such things, but I don't remember who they were.

Nowadays, hangers are normally either part of the bike frame or they're
made especially for the frame and supplied with it. Mechs screw on to
these instead of coming with hangers of their own.

Adapters are available for suitable older/cheaper frames that don't have
hangers. These aren't specific to the mech or frame model and your LBS
should have one, like this: www.sjscycles.com/store/vIndex.htm?item420.htm

Hope that's clearer than mud.

Shimano 105 will screw directly on the hanger on your frame. Your frame
does have one right ? No ? Is it the sort of frame that needs a separate
bolt on hanger ? Is it the sort of frame that had a hanger brazed on but
its come off ? Is it the sort of frame that previously had a bolt on
hanger fixing to the orginal mech and attached to the drop ou tby the
wheel axle ?
