Default how do i export HRM files as jpegs?

Hey does anyone know how i can convert the Polar graphs into JPEG so i can send them to someone who doesn't have the polar software or post them on the forum?

i've looked in the help but no luck

Maximise the window of the graph (and the PPP app) and hit the printscreen key .. you can then open MS Paint and paste in the desktop capture.

If you're feeling especially arty you can then go ahead and crop out the taskbar/menubar/toolbar etc.

To add to rek: use Alt + Printscreen to only capture the active window, and then paste it into a graphics proggie.
For example: this is a normal printscreen of my desktop:
