I just thought i'd give my local (well sort of local) bike shop a plug.
A couple of weeks ago when i was looking to hire a bike to go mountain bike riding i dropped in to the Cheeky Monkey shop in Pitt st Sydney It was about 2pm and while i was there i saw a shiny new bike and bought it. anyway it had only been slapped together for display and the one guy in the shop was pretty busy. Anyway this was on Friday afternoon and i needed the bike for 8am the next day. Adam from the shop stayed late that night and came in like 2 hrs early to get my bike ready without charging me extra and once i had bought the bike he gave me the following goodies for free!! 2 nice cages, 1 multi tool (worth $40), 2 tubes, a chainstay protector, and $40 off my shoes. So from now on i know who will be looking after my bikes and getting my money. If you are in Sydney and looking for good service check em out www.cheekymonkey.com.au And no i didn't get paid anything to post this i was just impressed with their service. Anyone with similar comments post em here so other people know where to go !! |
