Day 1 - Brisbane to Tweed Heads (155km)
Day 2 - Tweed Heads to Ballina (107km)
Day 3 - Ballina to South Grafton (131km)
Day 4 - South Grafton to Coffs Harbour ( 84km)
Day 5 - Coffs Harbour to Kempsey (113km)
Day 6 - Kempsey to Kew ( 71km)
Day 7 - Kew to Nabiac ( 77km)
Day 8 - Nabiac to Buladelah ( 47km)
Day 9 - Buladelah to Newcastle ( 96km)
Day 10-Newcastle to Gosford ( 92km)
Day 11 - Gosford to Rosehill (Sydney) (72km)
