Hello all.
It's a shame that my first post should be a call for help rather than a friendly chat, but here goes: I have just damaged the axle on my favourite Sturmey-Archer equipped bike . Can anyone recommend a shop in Melbourne who is good with these crazy bits of retro-tech? I'll need a new axle and someone with the skill (and courage) to replace it.Again, a big 'hello' to everyone and thanks for any suggestions. |

Try Abbotsford Cycles in Richmond. Don't know what their experience with SA gear is, but I reckon you'd have your best chance there. St Kilda Cycles would be another possibility. |
