Question Biking in Alberta

I'll be in Calgary this July for a confrence and hope to take some time to get some biking in while I'm there. It may not be worth the $ to ship my bike but I can't find a rental house there.
Does anyone have a source for bike rentals in Calgary?

Thanks

What type of bike are you looking for? If you let me know I can ask at a couple of my LBS'es and see what they recommend.

I think Mountain Equiptment Co-op rents bikes out or ask at the airport cause they'll probably have a directory there.

Thanks for all the info. It turns out it's just as exepensive to ship my racing bike to/from Alberta.

You might consider shipping the bike ground via Purolator. Don't know where in Canada you are but generally it's 3 days shipping and the cost is maybe C$35-40. Cheaper and maybe less of a hassle - ship it to the hotel.

Hey, thanks for that info. I have no idea where Purolator is in Chicago, even if they have a location. My local UPS store has a deal so I planned on using them but I'll check for Purolator before my final decision.

Oh, no, I assumed you were in Canada. Purolator is strictly Canadian, I think.
