A man goes to his doctor for an annual physical. After a through examination the Doctor says "I’m afraid I have some bad news, I have discovered you have two serious illnesses." The man says, “what’s wrong with me Doctor?” The physician says, "I have discovered that you have cancer and that you have Alzheimer's disease." The man says, "at least I don’t have cancer.”
