Someone wants to sell his Voltage for about 300 $CDN tops. MTB reviews on the web gave it 4.5 out of five. I am using a Norco bush pilot of the same age. The frame is REALLY good so is the bike now that I have the wheels and stem sorted out (I broke the axel and bent the stem after about 1.5 years of use. All I did was go off roading on local trails).
Here are my questions: Is this a good deal? What do you guys know about this (Norco Voltage) bike? If I get this bike what should I look out for in it? I know it is on the heavy side but when I weigh 250 pounds that is not that big of an issue, will the suspension be able to take my weight? I have never had a suspension bike before (price issues), what are the signs of a shoot suspension? What are the signs of a good suspension? Thank you very much Pete |
