If you are talking about mountain biking...my my...there are many beautiful trails in Kananaskis Country and the Bragg Creek area...people have always said that Canmore has a lot of nice stuff too but I never get sick of the K-Country area.

Beginner...Sulphur Springs Trail
Intermediate...Jumpingpound Ridge
Advanced...Powderface Ridge

I recommend going to MEC to pick up 'Backcountry Biking in the Canadian Rockies'

Here is a short video that I shot yesterday...there is only about 4 km of 'bikeable' trail at the beginning of this adventure AND you have to cross a fairly strong (and cold) river to get started so I don't even take my bike when I go there...but eventually you get to see this...

...unreal...the place is just a haven for waterfalls of all sizes...Kananaskis Country...
